A short read so you know what to expect — before, during, and after your ride.

Booking & Card on File

A valid credit or debit card is required to confirm every reservation. Your card is held securely on file but not charged at booking. The final fare is processed at the time of service.

We require a minimum of 2 hours advance notice for online bookings to ensure proper preparation and driver availability. For same-day requests inside the 2-hour window, please call or text us at (720) 650-2610 — we'll do our best to accommodate.

Requiring a card on file lets us hold your time slot, dispatch a driver with confidence, and keep our pricing fair for everyone. It also protects against last-minute no-shows that would otherwise leave another client without a ride.

For our regulars. If you ride with us often, we're happy to keep your card securely on file with your written authorization, so future bookings are a quick text or call away. You can update or remove your card at any time — just let us know.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation tiers are designed to be fair to both our clients and our drivers, who reserve their time and turn down other rides to honor your booking.

  • More than 24 hours before pickup No charge. Cancel freely.
  • 4 to 24 hours before pickup 50% of the quoted fare.
  • Less than 4 hours, or no-show 100% of the quoted fare.

No-Show Policy

A reservation is considered a no-show if the passenger cannot be reached or located 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time at a residence, hotel, or venue, or 30 minutes after flight arrival for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international arrivals at Denver International Airport.

We always make multiple contact attempts — call, text, and email — before marking a ride as a no-show. Our goal is to get you where you need to go, not to charge fees.

Flight Delays & Tracking

For every airport pickup, we monitor your flight in real time at no additional cost. If your inbound flight is delayed, your pickup time adjusts automatically — there is no penalty and no rebooking required.

If your flight is canceled or significantly diverted, contact us as soon as you can. We'll reschedule without a fee whenever the original pickup window has not yet passed.

v.

Weather & Road Conditions

Colorado weather can shift fast. If conditions make a ride unsafe, Peak Transportation reserves the right to delay or reschedule pickup at no charge to you, and we'll work with you to find the next safe window.

If you choose to cancel a confirmed ride due to weather, the standard cancellation policy applies unless an active travel advisory has been issued for the route.

vi.

Changes to a Reservation

Changes to pickup time, location, passenger count, or destination can be made up to 4 hours before pickup at no charge, subject to driver availability. Changes requested inside the 4-hour window will be accommodated whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed.

vii.

Wait Time

The first 15 minutes of wait time at any residential, hotel, or venue pickup are included at no charge. Additional wait time is billed at $1 per minute.

For domestic airport pickups, the first 30 minutes after flight arrival are included to allow time for deplaning and baggage claim. International arrivals (customs and immigration) include up to 45 minutes.

Payment & Receipts

We accept all major credit and debit cards. A receipt is sent by email after every ride. Gratuity is not required but is always appreciated and may be added at the time of payment or in advance through your booking.
